Renit is Nepal's verified rental marketplace. We connect renters with verified owners and verified properties so people can search, chat and agree on rent directly — without a broker, without commission, and without the fake listings that make renting stressful.

Our mission: make renting in Nepal trustworthy and direct. We verify the people and the places, then get out of your way.

How we're different: every owner can complete identity (KYC) verification and every property can be verified against ownership and local-government registration. Renters and owners talk directly through secure in-app chat, and Ren AI — our in-app rental advisor — helps you find the right home faster.

We're starting in the Kathmandu Valley and Bharatpur, and growing across Nepal from there.
