No. Renit is a platform that connects renters and owners directly. We don't act as a broker or agent unless clearly stated, and we don't charge commission.
Do I need the app, or can I use the web?
Both. Everything core works on the web; the app adds Ren AI, instant alerts, faster chat and saved searches.
How do I avoid rental scams?
Rent only from Verified listings, keep conversations and payments traceable in-app, and never pay a "booking" before you have seen the place in person. Report anything suspicious in-app.
Is the app still being improved?
